The gold of renacnatta

Kinsai is a traditional craft that is said to have been established in the azuchi-momoyama period (1573-1603). However, kinsai gradually declined as people shifted away from kimono.

At renacnatta, we are developing items that you can feel kinsai more familiar by applying it to Italian silk items instead of kimono.

Natsuko ueda, who is active as a kinsai artist and craftsman in Kyoto, hand-painted each item one by one.

Attention points
Because of weak ◾ ︎ gold water don't get wet. If it gets dirty, gently tap with a wet cotton swab to avoid touching the gold color.
